To make sure all our members have the best experience possible, please follow these quick rules:
Valid for Registered Members Only: Memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the named member(s).
Socks-Only Play Area: Non-slip socks are required for both kids and adults in the play space.
Parental Supervision Required:Parents or guardians must remain on-site during the child’s visit.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable if cancelled at least 7 days before the event or booking date.
